I am a big fan of Keng's Chow Mein, in fact I used to work there, love the place. Mrs. Wang, I have to say that I was disappointed after I was in on Mother's Day. I found a bone in my Egg Foo Young, I also brought left over Chow Mein and Fried Rice to work for lunch and found another bone. Getting food from Keng's is always such a treat. I wanted to let you know so you can make sure this does not happen to others.

Very dissapointed in your quality of food. My white rice had hair in it and the Kung Pao chicken was missing the chicken. The whole order was bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. When you pay $30 for food, you expect to have the order made with all of the ingredients and the food to be hair free. The staff who is in the kitchen should be wearing hair nets.

Whenever I'm back in Crystal visiting my parents, I have to grab some Keng's. Since I can remember, this hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant has been a favorite local stop for take out.Favorites: Sesame Chicken, Cream Cheese Wontons, Chow Mein, Beef and Broccoli....basically anything on the menu is good!Pricing: So affordable!! And you always get more than enough food. I end up with leftovers every time.Although you can eat-in, Keng's has very limited seating, so I wouldn't recommend a group larger than 4 or 5 coming here. Take out is fast, so I find that to be the best option.

We currently live in St. Michael, Minnesota but whenever we are near to Keng's we make a point to go there. I have tried Chicken Lo Mein in many restaurants around the state and have never found any that even come close to their's. My husband always gets the beef subgum. He never orders anything but the subgum and I always get the Lo Mein. Keng's is the best and the price is definitely a selling point. Thanks for so many wonderful meals.

My family has been going to Keng's for over 50 years! In the 1950's we picked up Kengs for our annual spring cleaning of our Lake Minnewashta cottages. I don't live near, but if I am within 20 miles of Kengs I make a special trip for the chicken chow mein family dinner! We have 5 generations that that have and continue to enjoy Kengs. It is a true family business - one of the very few remaining today with all of the chains. Thank you KENGS for the wonderful food and service over the years!
